In order to maintain the highest level of patient record confidentiality and to comply with federal HIPAA requirements, no email, texts or faxes are permitted. All appointments are to be made directly with Dr. Grisham over the phone. Calls will generally be returned within one or two hours. Those in crisis can often be seen within 24 hours.
